Hey there, my name is Chandra Lash. I'm passionate about navigating ambiguity and complexity to design simply delightful human-centered experiences grounded in the real needs of the user. My approach is highly collaborative, people-centered, and research-led.
I am a player-coach, leading design teams through research, concept development, strategy, experience design, and launch. Recently, my team developed an infrastructure platform that, using human-centered design principles, reduced the delivery time of cloud environments by 92%.
With over 15 years of experience, I offer a unique blend of leadership, design skills, and technical expertise. My career spans various industries, from early-stage start-ups with just 4 employees to a large Fortune 4 company. My focus is always on the end user, fostering empathy and ensuring both business and user needs are met.
I'm currently a Senior Manager, serving as a Portfolio Design Lead and Principal UX Designer at CVS Health's Enterprise Product Acceleration lab.

And ya, I like code too. I ensure that the visual and interactive aspects of an application are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally efficient. HTML, CSS, and accessibility are my specialties.
